AEDS believes in the craftsmanship spirit of “challenging the impossible” and tends to influence its partners, customers and markets with high quality products and advanced design concepts. Facing questioning and challenging of many harsh scenarios, the AEDS team has proved itself with a professional spirit and pioneering.
In September 2020, AEDS successfully delivered the powertrain (including axle direct-drive motor, direct-drive motor control system and power battery pack) of the world's first X+ intelligent self-traction flat car to CRRC Shandong Branch. This project made its global debut in Berlin, Germany on September 20, 2022.
In June 2021, the X+ intelligent self-traction flat car passed the national acceptance and was praised highly by the senior leaders of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd.
IIn September 2022, InnoTrans 2022 was ceremoniously opened. Once the X+ intelligent self-traction flat car was unveiled, it had attracted a lot of attention from local media and industry customers, and won full affirmation and praise from European customers.

In February 2022, AEDS provided a shaftless propeller prototype to a customer in Suzhou. After comparing the AEDS shaftless propeller with similar foreign products, the customer concluded that the AEDS shaftless propeller had better performance.
In March 2022, AEDS supplied a small batch of low-speed hub motors to the $100 billion unicorn PIX MOVING Inc.
When AEDS paid a return visit to PIX in July 2022, they saw the wire-controlled chasses equipped with AEDS hub motors. Through communication, we learned that the AEDS hub motors had passed the preliminary test of PIX and the AEDS direct-drive hub motors have received unimaginable praise from PIX.
AEDS hub motors have incorporated the spirit of challenging the world's best into the corporate culture. The hub motors and frameless motors currently made by AEDS, these direct-drive motors, are already able to keep abreast of the internationally renowned high-end direct-drive motors.

The electromagnetic design team of AEDS, represented and led by two scientific elites Zhang Junjie and Zhang Xu, has successfully designed high-end motors such as hub motors, axle motors, frameless motors, servo motors and shaftless propellers through skillfully using our unique technologies and patents to meet the needs of various customers.
Of them, Engineer Zhang Junjie ever attended Intermag - an international conference on magnetism for academic exchange, published an SCI paper and was granted one invention patent, and Engineer Zhang Xu applied for four invention patents and published an EI conference paper and an EI journal paper as the first author. These two people are typical representatives of the technical team of AEDS, who have a solid professional foundation, analyze things clearly and logically, are good at teamwork and keep improving in R&D.
The AEDS process design and production team consisting of process designers and production engineers represented by Bao Yajun and Chen Feng has rich practical experience in prototype manufacturing and large-scale production. Under the limited time and conditions, the team has completed the process design of several new models of hub motors, axle motors, frameless motors, servo motors and shaftless propellers, as well as the trial production of new products, and met all the challenging requirements of the customers.
